Aware of the role more and more determinant of the women in the agribusiness, for the fifth consecutive year, the Expodireto will host the Meeting of Rural Entrepreneurs, through the promoters Cotrijal and Bayer. About 250 women are expected in the Central Auditorium, in the third day of the fair (March 13th), starting at 1:30 PM.

The topic debated will be “The woman as the protagonist of her history in the Agriculture”, by the lecturer from Goiás, Adriane Steinmetz – who is a rural producer, journalist, and master coach -, telling her history in the agribusiness. Daughter and granddaughter of rural producers, she graduated in Journalism in Goiânia and after her father passed away, she returned to continue in the agriculture with her mother and sister.

“I always tried to improve and develop myself, look for ways to face all these challenges of a new career and a familiar succession to which I had not been prepared, in an area which is in the most part masculine. I became the protagonist of my own history of success in the agribusiness and today my mission is to help people to obtain high performance, reach their dreams, discover all their potential and live in a full way. I want to impact and transform the lives of the women of Cotrijal too”, Adriane Steinmetz pointed out.

The Meeting of Rural Entrepreneurs occurs with restricted invitations and limited places only for women members and producers of Cotrijal. The ones interested shall look for their Business Unit in Cotrijal.

“Maybe many women don’t have an idea of their importance inside the families, in the property management, in the agribusiness and even more in Cotrijal. This event is to point to the importance of all that”, highlights the president of Cotrijal, Nei César Mânica.

For the vice-president, Enio Schroeder, this is another event that the cooperative sees as an important motivator of the feminine role and an incentive to the participation in the property and in the cooperative. Each year, the Cotrijal also hosts the Women Meeting, between September and October, with the participation of 2 thousand women producers.
